Stampin’ Up! MORE Blossoms

Where do you get your inspiration?  Have you ever used a card that you made previously to inspire a new creation?  I used this card  as a jumping off point for today’s Mixed Bunch card.

Aren’t these colors beautiful?  Wisteria Wonder, Peach Parfait and Pool Party – beautiful!  I love the soft colors and elegance of this card and it was surprisingly simple to make.

The Whisper White background is embossed with the Big Shot and Finial Press Textured Embossing Folder.  The blossoms were stamped tone on tone.  And aren’t the lovely pearls the perfect touch?

Stunning Love

“Stunning!”  That’s how a friend described the background of this card at my stamp camp on Tuesday.  And those stunning results are easily achieved with the Finial Press Textured Embossing folder .  The same embossing folder was used to create the Cherry Cobbler heart.    After punching it out the the textured cardstock with the large heart punchthe heart’s surface was run across a white craft pad to create the contrast.

The old style large heart punch AND scallop oval punch are currently on clearance while supplies last.  Click the clearance button on the far sidebar to see additional bargains!  And remember the SAB Outlined Occasions stamp set featured here is FREE with a qualifying order until March 31st.

The Love tag was created with the scallop oval punch and the extra large oval punch.  Love was punched with the scallop oval punch and then layered on top of the large oval punch.  Then I punched a scallop oval of Cherry Cobbler clipped it in half and adherred it under the tag hanging out on the ends with brads to decorate it.

The black gingham ribbon is no longer available but the 1/8″ black taffeta ribbon is a great alternative!
