Quick Graduation Card from My Paper Pumpkin
My son James graduated from high school last week and my mother needed a graduation card to give him. When I looked in my card stash all I had left were girlie grad cards. There wasn’t much time to whip something together so I grabbed the My Paper Pumpkin starter kit and made a couple of quick changes, and voila, a graduation card!
Above is the full My Paper Pumpkin starter kit which includes all the cardstock, stamps, ink and embellishments to make 4 cards. All you need is adhesive to make these cards:
And this is the change I made to create a graduation card.
To create the graduation card I just stamped the congrats grad stamp from the Blue Ribbon stamp set in Old Olive punched it out with the 1-1/4″ circle punch and layered it on with a dimensional. (Blue Ribbon stamp set wood-mount #125979 or clear-mount
#125981)
I also added an extra bit of stamped ‘splatter’ just for fun.
