Stampin’ Up! Sale-a-bration Last Chance Samples!

This SAB Outlined Occasions card was created with scraps my sister had left over from an old project she was working on. This paper is retired and the Top Note die-cut shape was cut a quarter of the way down so I created this card to utilize her scraps.

To create the matching envelop, the decoration on the envelope flap was created by tracing the outline of the flap on Basic Gray pattern paper, which was trimmed out and adhered to the flap.

This card inspired the next card created with the same layout and SAB Outline Occasions stamp set with different papers, colors and coordinating envelope.

The Pocketful of Posies pattern paper makes this card extra special, in addition to the red liquid glitter on the tiny little stars in the expression.

The envelope was stepped up to ‘Wow!’ with a layer of matching pattern paper liner.

Stampin’ Up! Flowers

I love combining these stamp sets: Mixed Bunch and SAB Elementary Elegance. The word phrases in Elementary Elegance are so lovely and it’s so easy to create something fun with the big lovely flowers of Mixed Bunch.

I saw this color combination – Elegant Eggplant, Concord Crush & Melon Mambo – in a splitcoaststampers.com color challenge. I also used a scs sketch challenge to create this card. What inspires you?

The flower has four layers: 1. Concord Crush Mixed Bunch flower stamped on Whisper White punched with the Blossom punch. 2. Concord Crush punched with Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer punch. 3. Mixed Bunch center stamped in Melon Mambo punched with 3/4″ circle punch popped up with a Stampin’ Dimensional. 4. The same centered stamped in White craft ink on Melon Mambo cs punched with 1/2″ circle punch.

A Sprinkled Expression Smile!

Here’s the girlie version of this sale-a-bration Sprinkled Expression card.

Exact same layout with some subtle changes that make it distinctively feminine. I changed the colors from blues to Melon Mambo and Pretty in Pink, used the scallop square punch for the center piece, scallo p polka dot ribbon and a rhinestone brad.

Wonderful little dimensionals were used to pop up the scallop center piece. Paper snips scissors snipped out smile and snipped a dimensional in half to pop up ‘smile’.

Easter Bunny Punch-Out

By creatively using paper punches, we can create a multitude of fun projects. Here’s a Easter bunny goodie bag topper that we made at the last stamp camp.
